What are your delivery policies?

We offer delivery throughout the Isle of Man. Next Day Delivery is FREE. Same Day Delivery is charged at £5.99. Fore more information on delivery, just go to our Delivery section.

 

Do the flowers come in a vase?

Usually, our cut flowers are delivered in a living vase, which is a cardboard presentation outer. This allows the recipient to keep the flowers topped up with water without the need for an actual vase.

However, if you prefer to have a vase delivered with your flowers, you can buy one for an additional charge. You can choose a vase to buy when you are ordering the bouquet.

 

How can I change my order?

Please note that any changes to your order including delivery address, gift message and additional items must be made by 8.30am the day before delivery or by 9am on Saturday for Monday delivery, to ensure that we have time to amend the order prior to delivery. 

 

What if there’s a problem with my order?

We take every precaution to ensure your flowers are received in freshest and best possible condition. However, if for any reason the flowers do not arrive in good condition, then we will replace or refund your purchase in accordance with our purchase agreement. How do I send flowers throughout the United Kingdom?

How do I redeem a promotional gift code?

To use your gift code, follow these simple steps:

  1. Select a product for purchase.
  2. On the product details, select a delivery date and click “Buy Now”
  3. On the Gift Options page, select any extras you want to add to your order, then click “Next”.
  4. To be confirmed
  5. To be confirmed – enter your gift code in the ‘Enter Promotional Gift Code’ box and click submit.
  6. On the Order Summary page, the value applied to your order from the promotional gift code will be listed above where the Order Total is indicated.
